Cosy tyrolian hut with beautiful view

Beautifully renovated Tyrolean cottage with hut character (approx. 60 sqm). Beautiful view over the Gurgltal into the mountains. Very quiet location right on the fields. Sunny hillside property with big terrace and beautiful sight. Fire pit with grill, sandbox for the little ones.. Trail in front of the house, ski resorts in about 25 minutes. Climbing areas, hikes etc. from the house possible, Lakes, diving area, golf etc. in 15 car minutes. The possibilities are almost unlimited!

Wunderschönes Appartement mit Blick auf die Berge

Greates is the old house name of the approximately 250-year-old farmhouse. Here you can sleep where the hay was once stored or take a shower where the cows were once milked. Greates was renovated in 2022 and combines Tyrolean architecture with modern architecture. The loggia flat offers space for 4 people. In the Greates house there is another flat and a large garden. Guests who are quiet and love outdoor activities are very welcome. We do not want parties and celebrations.

Large self-catering chalet in the mountain village of Boden. The house has several bedrooms, each with 2-6 beds on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a cozy parlor, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and foosball, a terrace. A children's ski lift and tobogganing is right in front of the house. The nearest larger ski area is the Jöchlspitze. The Arlberg (the largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also not far away.
