Villa Buchenhain is a great accommodation and perfect starting point for excursions of every kind. The size of our apartment was very spacious and the wellness area was the icing on the cake. Our stay in an apartment in Obsteig, booked through AirBnb, was extremely pleasant. The apartment was very cozy and clean, which significantly increased our comfort during the stay. The surroundings offer peace and quiet, making this place ideal for anyone wishing to escape the noise of the city. One of the biggest advantages of the apartment is the beautiful views from the windows and from the large balcony. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking, which made our daily lives much easier. We had some difficulty finding the building as there were no numbers or names on the buildings, which could be problematic for future guests. Despite these minor inconveniences, this place is definitely recommended for a short stay near Innsbruck and the Zugspitze. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, beautiful views and a comfortable place to relax.

The place is modern and fresh clean. A park with a swimming lake and a restaurant nearby. Couple of grocery stores and a gas station in the town close by. Stunning views. The host was great and very helpful.

This is truly a gem! A beautiful spacious house with no (direct) neighbors for our party of six people and one dog. Everything was available and everything was thought of. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant, both before, during and after the stay. The view is awesome: unobstructed view towards the mountains. And at night a starry sky in clear weather. A slopes are close by, although we did not use it. We drove 30/45 minutes to ski locations higher up because of the little snow this year. There were 2 swings and a slide at the house. Our children gratefully made use of this. In the hotel next door you can also eat delicious food (tip). For this kind of fantastic places, I'm on Airbnb.

Super friendly hostess! Use of the ski bus worked out very well. Everything important is available, good amenities, everything as described. We enjoyed it very much, gladly again!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!
