Welcome to the quiet suburb of Seljahverfi, Reykjavík. Spacious, bright condo with 3 bedrooms and balconies. iMac for guests. The apartment is where I live, but when rented out I am not here (just to clarify). Conveniently located for excursions in/out of Reykjavík also easy access to the local pools, supermarkets within 2 minutes walking and outdoor area of Elliðaárdalur. Bus stop 1 minute away. The living space is generous, with a full dining table seating 6, couch, lounges, home theater.

Perlan, Wonders of Iceland 20 min walk away, an exhibition where you can experience Iceland´s natural beauty such as volcanoes, glaciers, geothermal marvels, northern light and more. 50m to the next bus station.

Bright and cozy flat downtown Reykjavik, yet in a peaceful area. The city center with restaurants, shopping, museums, Hallgrimskirkja church, all in the neighbourhood in a short walking distance. Also a swimming pool, grocery stores etc. The apartment is very comfortable on the upper floor in a two storey house, equipped with most things one needs. There is a small garden. Parking is free in the area and most often easy to find a spot close by. A perfect place for couples or single travelers.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. Cozy guesthouse - great location

Our guesthouse has private access and located just outside central Reykjavík, in a very popular residential neighborhood, charming Vesturbærinn (west side). 20 minutes walk downtown. Attractions in Vesturbærinn include the local favorite swimming pool, Vesturbæjarlaugin, the local gourmet supermarket, Melabúðin. Local café and wine bar, Kaffi vest. The outdoors is also nice, with the southern shore of Reykjavík, Ægisíðan just down the street, where you can take beautiful walks along the coast.

The place is centrally located so that the whole group can easily get around. 468 sq foot apartment that is well located and modern, spacious. Close to shops, restaurants and cafes. 65 inch Qled Samsung TV. Free Wireless network. Serta bed and sofa bed suitable for 2 adults. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, pressure cooker, Nespresso coffee machine and all utensils. New apartment in a peaceful location in the center of town. Flybus dropoff.

Heart of the old harbour, a cozy apartment in the city center of Reykjavík with a wonderful view. Free cellar parking is included with an elevator and a private entrance. The location is close to most of the attractions that the city offers. This apartment is suitable for both couples or families, it has a queen size bed and a sleeping sofa. Falleg nýuppgerð stúdíóíbúð í fallega húsinu okkar, splunkuný á markaðnum og hefur ekki verið leigð út áður. Baðherbergi með sturtu, passar perfect fyrir 2, en 4 geta gist. Tveir mjög þægilegir svefnsófar, góð eldunaraðstaða fyrir litla rétti. Góður andi í húsinu og gott og rólegt hverfi, stutt í strætó, stofnæðar, og rólegt umhverfi. Við búum í húsinu og erum alltaf til aðstoðar ef eitthvað er 😊
