You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Welcome to Bergheim! Beautiful 2-room, 52 square meters, in a 2-party house with private entrance. The apartment is on the second floor. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair city of Essen can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.
