In the west of Duisburg, on the city limits to Krefeld and Moers, our apartment (45 square meters) is located in a quiet side street. Due to the nearby highway A 57 (about 2 km) with the junctions to the A 40, A 42 and A 44, you can quickly reach worthwhile excursion destinations on the Lower Rhine and in the Ruhr area, the airport and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center. If you have to work temporarily in Krefeld, Duisburg or Moers, you will find comfortable accommodation with us even for a longer period of time.

A special accommodation in loft character. A stable converted with a lot of love for detail with double bed & sofa bed for 3 -4 people/couples. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub./shower. Open space with kitchen for self-catering. Private outdoor space with table and garden couch. Despite shared property with a historic house, complete independence and privacy. For nature lovers, a perfect retreat on the edge of the forest. 8 minutes to Lake Baldeney. Public transport (5 min to the bus/14 min to the S-Bahn)

In our apartment, equipped with a lot of love, you will feel comfortable in the 75 sqm feel-good apartment. The apartment is centrally located (train station 5 minutes walk, Düsseldorf highway 20 minutes) good connection to the highway. The laundry can be washed by me for a fee of €3 per machine. In the kitchen there is a fully automatic coffee machine and microwave. Spices, sugar, flour, and the first welcome drinks are available for the time being. If something is missing, I'm always happy to help.

The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

You will have your own 2 room flat , (2nd floor), no elevator, heavy suitcases are not recommended.The unit can be locked . 2 separate bedrooms, one has a matrimonial (180 cm x 200 cm ) bed, the other room has 2 single beds (100x90 cm).
