This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Beautiful, cozy apartment in the middle of the city center of Achern. The apartment is for rent for 2 adults with 1 child. You can relax and share in our beautifully landscaped garden. Bakery, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Here in Achern you will find a number of cultural and sporting activities in the immediate vicinity (outdoor pool, quarry lakes, city garden,...) The train station is about 15 minutes walking distance. TV available with antenna TV and Wi-Fi

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of € 4.50 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable. Enjoy a fully equipped, new and well-maintained home. A parking space is located in front of the building. Check-in is autonomous. The accommodation is located in the heart of a pottery village, close to the German border, the Outlet center in Roppenheim, and Strasbourg. Restaurants, bakeries and shops are steps away from the apartment. Enjoy your stay to visit our beautiful Alsatian region and its surroundings.

In two minutes you are in the romantic flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden. It is characterized by well-kept half-timbered houses, which are embedded in beautiful vineyard landscapes.
