The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights. Our contemporary, newly remodeled apartment is spacious and bright with plenty of room for four guests. The large terrace is the perfect place to relax. Our beautiful courtyard welcomes you with an abundance of flowers.

Schwarz-Riesling Hahn (converted barn)

In the listed village centre of Rhodt, next to the church, stands a historic farmhouse that has been lovingly restored over the past 45 years, with the barn converted into a real gem. Rhodt is one of the most beautiful wine villages on the Southern Wine Route. Except for the church bells, it is very quiet. Theresienstraße is a 2-minute walk away. In the village, there are several restaurants, two cafes, an ice cream shop. This is a great place to have breakfast.

The apartment is just minutes from the center with restaurants, cafes, wine bars, historic wineries, various shops. The vineyards start around the corner and all lead to the nearby hiking area “Pfälzer Wald” with its popular managed huts. The Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Rietburg ruins, which can be reached on a romantic path with the Rietburg cable car, the wildlife sanctuary located there and a panoramic café are just some of the beautiful excursion destinations.

Treat yourself to a little time out in our lovingly furnished vacation room. The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.

On the main road of Annweiler, two minutes from the historic market square, is the Künstlerhaus Annweiler. Nestled in the largest forest area of the Palatinate, climbers and cyclists shake hands. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets). On a given occasion, I must point out that there is peace in the outdoor area from 10 p.m. onwards. This is not a party location but a romantic property to spend a nice weekend. Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
