Experience a unique stay in a completely renovated traditional Valencian house. Located in a gorgeous setting amidst orange groves, yet just 10 minutes by car from small towns with all the necessary services, 20 minutes from the beach, and only 35 minutes from the city of Valencia. The house has 6 double bedrooms -each with an en-suite bathroom-, a spacious kitchen, and an outdoor bbq, dining and lounge area. The pool, adjacent to the house, provides a refreshing escape on the hottest days.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Queremos que nuestros huéspedes se sientan seguros! Limpiamos y desinfectamos después de cada alquiler. Casa de 3 plantas con garaje. Salón comedor con puerta de cristal con vista al mar. Acceso directo a la playa desde la terraza. Chimenea. Cocina reformada y bien equipada, 3 habitaciones dobles y un ático con cama doble. Todos los colchones son nuevos. 2 baño y 1 aseo. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
