Experience a unique stay in a completely renovated traditional Valencian house. Located in a gorgeous setting amidst orange groves, yet just 10 minutes by car from small towns with all the necessary services, 20 minutes from the beach, and only 35 minutes from the city of Valencia. The house has 6 double bedrooms -each with an en-suite bathroom-, a spacious kitchen, and an outdoor bbq, dining and lounge area. The pool, adjacent to the house, provides a refreshing escape on the hottest days.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. We are in the forest, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1000 meters; a nature reserve area, with free-range deer, eagles, owls, wild boars, arruis, partridges and more wild animals.
