Staying here was super handy, proximity to southern cross station made is super easy to catch our flight. The pool, spa and gym facilities are very nice!

Fantastic apartment. A minute walk from the nearest tram stop which gets you into the centre of Melbourne, and from there you can go wherever. Easy to get hold of and queries solved. Very homely feel with amenities too. We absolutely will be staying here again if we return to Melbourne. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment in a great central location! Spotlessly clean, with great amenities and little conveniences throughout the place. Lovely, modern building with 24h security. There is a tram stop right out front and lots of cafes nearby. Incredibly convenient for the Grand Prix as gate 8 only 500m away! Excellent communication and support from Johnny before our arrival, with no need to contact him during our stay as everything was perfect. The apartment is actually much nicer than the pictures with a lovely big balcony and lots of natural light. Thank you Johnny for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place for a great Melbourne visit.

The apartment has a great location, easy to get around anywhere, only a few minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market where we can go there in the mourning to get some freshly baked breakfast. It’s clean and well equipped as well, Joanna gave us very clear guide on how to check in & out. A nice short stay for our family of three!

Such a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location with everything close by. The building amenities were a huge bonus, especially the gym, pool, and rooftop area. The apartment was easy to find. Checking is was easy. It was in a great spot with restaurants on Southbank, a bottle shop, a local 7/11 and a great cafe all nearby. Donna was great and always prompt with her responses when we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.!

Great place in the heart of the city. Had everything that I needed, very convenient and location was perfect. close to tram, train stations. Nthati was very accommodating and responded rapidly to any questions. Will stay again.

Andrew’s place was great for a weekend in Melbourne. Walking distance to the CBD and plenty of cafes. Very clean apartment with lots of extras that were very appreciated, snacks and lollies!! Andrew was very descriptive and helpful, his instructions were very clear and thorough. The rooftop pool is beautiful, we loved staying there!

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the necessary kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, big TV, nice long balcony. It's very quiet at night. The location was perfect for us - ten minute walk to shows at Crown and the Lume, plus all the restaurants along Southbank. Straight across the street is a big Woolworths supermarket. Our only issue was finding the car parking space but Meary has said she will give detailed instructions for that in future. All the communication with Meary has been with a very quick response time and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

This is a comfortable apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Close to amenities, the tram is directly across the road. Offers secure carparking. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Quirky decorations and art in the apartment make it much less a bland hotel room to be a fun place to stay.

As described. Clean place with amenities as described. Good location, close to downtown, walkable distance to ALDI and coffee shops. Host is friendly and responsive. Instructions provided are cleared. Garage is a bit small if you drive a big vehicle (we had a minivan and was able to get in with some skills). Instant coffee provided but would have been nice to have at least a keurig or brewing machine. Overall enjoyable stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tanja's house in North Caulfield. It is a beautiful comfortable and spacious house (terrifically cool even in summer), with the bonus of a wonderful garden! The house is in excellent condition and had everything that we could need - lots of the appliances and facilities seemed brand new. Tanja has also been such a friendly and helpful host. We will be recommending to family and friends, and we hope to return some day!

Extremely well maintained space, lovely and proactive host, very responsive on the chat. Fresh linen and towels were provided. The place has 3 bedroom, with beds in 2 of the bed rooms. Has an outdoor dining table, and 2 indoor tables. The longe room has air con and heater. The couch is one the most comfortable ones ever. Plenty of plants in the backyard that are well maintained. 1.8km drive to the Sanctuary lakes mall. Will find everything there. The reason to choose this place was for its quick access to the freeway and the best value for money places on offer in the surroundings. Washer , dryer, free Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, adequate cooking utensils and dinner ware, It was nice to have been provided with basic seasonings, and olive oil in the pantry for some basic cooking. Will definitely return for our future Melbourne visits.

Had a great time in Melbourne, made our life so much easier staying at Stjohns. The tram stop is a 5-10 min walk away and Flemington race course is an easy 10 min drive. Stjohns place is a very roomy converted shop with loads of history but modernised with everything we needed to be comfortable. We will definitely be back if he'll have us

Paul’s house is absolutely fantastic - so very comforting and felt like home immediately! The house is on a quiet and leafy street, but is in walking distance of quite a lot of public transport and very close to Chapel Street as well! Paul was always responsive, and easy to communicate with. Would thoroughly recommend staying here as there is everything you’d need in a very nice setting!
