In a few steps you can walk to a beautiful park with a swimming lake and a large shopping center. There is no kitchen. Good subway connection to Oktoberfest, approx. 20 minutes.

Beautiful lake and Riemer Park are also within walking distance. The place is good for couples, solo travelers and fair visitors.
