The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Welcome to the Alpenu, our small hideaway at 1,044 meters above sea level in the Allgäu Alps. With a lot of love, we have created a small refuge from an alpine hut for - up to four adults and - up to four children children. A lot of wood, glass, stone and passion have been processed here down to the smallest detail and you can breathe completely undisturbed and leave everyday life behind.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living room-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022.
