“We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful house in Casanina. The house is very large, spacious and tastefully decorated, which made our stay very comfortable and cozy. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the kindness and attention of the host, who also surprised us with a wonderful detail: a delicious bread accompanied by wine and typical sausages of the area, a gesture that we really appreciate. It is certainly the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. ¡

we spent 10 magical days in the house. We walked and returned to the house like our quiet harbor, giving tired travelers peace and coolness in the shade of trees. By car we visited the local attractions and explored the beaches. Everything was great! We prefer to cook ourselves and everything was for this in the house. There is a new and large EuroSpin grocery store 5 min drive from the house. For more comfort, we lacked a dishwasher and microwave, but we knew that they were not there and were ready for it. Lots of different detergents and it makes it easy to keep the house clean. The house is clean and spacious and has 2 terraces, there is an opportunity to make a barbecue, which we enjoyed doing. The pool is 20 steps from the house and this is a big plus. Dear Titti E Vito, thank you more for this opportunity to spend our vacation in your home. We no doubt recommend staying here for everyone.

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

Clean and spacious space. Isolated, in a very quiet and beautiful location. We enjoyed our evenings behind the house, in the sun, with mountain views. The bedding is of good quality. The car is a must... Ander is very responsive and answered our questions quickly...

We stayed at this villa in Novilara in June 2024. The villa is in a quiet area but a short walk to the beautiful village of Novilara. Katia was always attentive, helpful and proactive, the owner Paola was always present and very nice. Upon our arrival, she surprised us with a delicious tart. the villa is on 3 floors and there is also a small fitness area. A large garden makes it perfect for those with children. Within walking distance is a typical restaurant, very famous in the area. Pesaro and the beaches are a 15-minute drive away. The area is full of places to visit.

The apartment is extremely clean and well furnished, matching the images provided. Giorgia was extremely helpful. The location of the apartment is very convenient.

Highly recommend this air bnb. It had everything we needed for our family of 5. Great location and wonderful host - Lorella was very lovely and helpful. Be aware that bed linen and towels are not included but when you ask Lorella, she will organise these for you.

Apartment located a few steps from the seafront, complete with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Also equipped with a pleasant garden furnished for eating and grilling. Very kind and welcoming host.

Valerio welcomed us into his spacious house with kindness and warmth, also bringing us a very welcome tribute. Perfect house! Close to the beach and with parking inside the property. Mr. Massimo was very helpful and also recommended several places to go nearby. He also provided us with a crib and high chair for the baby. Recommended for those like us with young children.

Very nice apartment, equipped terrace and very appreciated air conditioning. Great location, close to a small but well-stocked supermarket (certainly the prices are not those of the supercoop located 10 minutes by car from the apartment) and reserved parking included. The equipment of dishes, etc. is sufficient, too bad for the absence of towels and sheets and the lack of a second shower with two bathrooms (very useful in 6!!). Alessandro was very helpful and also provided us with the quote for the umbrella at the nearest plant. Recommended with eyes closed.

10 days of vacation in this house, I was very happy, a beautiful place in the middle of nature, however fantastic, Roberta is very kind and solar. The house is very special, all clean and tidy. I was very happy to have chosen this house to take my vacation. He thought about coming back in a bit. Thank you very much ☺️

A home full of charm in the countryside of Émilie-Romagne. The house is very well decorated and all necessities are provided. Beautiful outside with table and hammock. Everything is very clean. Roberta welcomed us very warmly and it was easy to communicate with. The accommodation is quite secluded, accessible via winding roads and there are quite a few mosquitoes. The bedrooms are quite close and the bathrooms shared. This Airbnb remains a great location to enjoy the calm of the countryside and go for a walk in San Marino (30 minutes).

The place is wonderful, immersed in nature, Roberta and Cinzia are two discreet and professional Hosts attentive to guests' needs. The house is hospitable and we found everything you need for a rich and varied breakfast. Our dogs are welcome and a beautiful look.
