Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rio Rancho

Roxanne was more than accommodating. My family and I found ourselves having to stay in Albuquerque for over a month due to an unexpected tragedy. Roxanne’s place was perfect for us. The location very convenient and she went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

It was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. Spectacular southwest build style, spacious!

The house was great! Hot tub is very nice and big! I didn’t love that one of the cameras in the back was pointed in the vicinity of the hot tub. I don’t know what that camera can see but we were a group of girls by ourselves so that kind of stuff is a little iffy but not a big deal! Only mentioning because I tried to see if cameras were pointing at it beforehand and I couldn’t find that one until we were on the property. It is such a fun house and location! There is a refundable deposit that is made outside of the booking process and is in the listing but not in an area I would necessarily look before booking. Make sure to get trip insurance though! We had a snow storm at home and weren’t sure if we’d make it out of town. I was informed by the host I should have bought trip insurance. I do wish they would have tried to help accommodate us (change dates or something). We weren’t expecting this storm to get as bad as it was so it was too late to cancel. We had a great time though! Kendra’s place was perfect for my husband, our sweet dog Parker, and me. The room was exactly as described—cozy, comfortable, and inviting. We slept wonderfully and felt right at home throughout our stay. Kendra’s communication was outstanding, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. One thing to note: while Kendra’s property is very secure (with a gate and a peaceful atmosphere inside), the surrounding area wasn’t quite what I expected. It wasn’t terrible, but I did notice some sketchy activity near the local Walgreens and by the gas station. However, this is NOT a reflection on Kendra or her home, which felt entirely safe and tranquil. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kendra’s Airbnb. Her hospitality and the quality of her accommodations made our stay truly enjoyable!

We had to change our dates at the last minute and Nathan was very accommodating and worked with us to do so. House was very clean. Felt right at home. Had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Rain shower was great. Plenty of space in the back yard for our fur babies. We were there visiting relatives and will definitely stay there again when we come back to visit.

• The house was overall clean and well-kept upon check in. • The bathrooms for the rental were clean and stocked with items needed for a two-night stay. • The kitchen and living room area, as well as the office space, was conducive to remote work and business calls. • The hosts were very responsive to messages through the Airbnb app if an item was need or there was a question. • The neighborhood was quiet for our stay, including after evening hours. • Check in and check out procedures were easy to follow and clear upon arrival and departure.

While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

Had a wonderful stay, in a quiet neighborhood. Will be wonderful place to stay when the rail yard market opens up, just down the street.

I stayed at Bill's place for 4 weeks and I thoroughly liked it. I read all the earlier reviews before booking, and everything one needs to know has already been written. I can concur with the positive comments. Some of the earlier reviews also mentioned cockroaches, the heater vent in the floor, the size of the dining space and the soft mattress, but I found all of these to not be a problem. Bill responded to all my questions and concerns quickly. The neighborhood is nice and close to shops and restaurants at Nob Hill, the airport and the interstate. I can recommend this place and would definitely rent it again.

Great location, easy to find and lots of local access. Love the enclosed patio, the beds were SO comfortable.

Mike and Barb's Airbnb is in a very convenient location in a nice Albuquerque neighborhood. I stayed for 4 nights and found the Airbnb very spacious for one, with a kitchen, living room and dining room. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The hosts have given a lot of thought to guest comfort, and from necessary kitchen utensils to bedroom reading lighting, I thought the amenities were everything needed. Barb's may be the only Airbnb that provided coffee/tea mugs larger than what I have at home - much appreciated! There are restaurants a short drive away, as well as a Whole Foods with a buffet setup for meals to go. The neighborhood is quiet and I didn't notice any traffic noise. Barb was responsive and reassuring when my flight and arrival were delayed, and I appreciated that she met me on arrival to direct parking and walk me to the entrance. I would stay here again when visiting Albuquerque.

This was the best place I've stayed in Albuquerque - quiet, clean, spacious with great views. The host was kind, conscientious and responsive. If you can manage carrying a heavy bag up stairs don't hesitate to stay here. I will be back!
