Holiday rentals with a patio in Rio Rancho

The recommendations from the host were perfect! Check the guest book and try out what everyone else did. I recommend M’Tuccis restaurant and riding the tram up the Sandia mountains!

If you're looking for a unique and fun Airbnb, this is it! The funky decor and the added perks of a hot tub and arcade made our stay memorable. The location was also great, with Dutch Bros just a short drive away. The street parking was a bit tight for our SUV, but otherwise, we had a wonderful time. We highly recommend it!

The location near the airport along with great restaurants, bars and coffee shops all within a seven minute walk and the spotless condition of the unit made this one of the nicest Airbnb rentals we have had.

The place was very cozy and well decorated! It had all the amenities we needed in order to make meals and entertain ourselves. The doors were difficult to close and a light wasn’t able to be turned off, but we found temporary solutions to both. The host responded extremely quickly to any messages we sent and was friendly throughout the trip.

Mike and Barb's Airbnb is in a very convenient location in a nice Albuquerque neighborhood. I stayed for 4 nights and found the Airbnb very spacious for one, with a kitchen, living room and dining room. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The hosts have given a lot of thought to guest comfort, and from necessary kitchen utensils to bedroom reading lighting, I thought the amenities were everything needed. Barb's may be the only Airbnb that provided coffee/tea mugs larger than what I have at home - much appreciated! There are restaurants a short drive away, as well as a Whole Foods with a buffet setup for meals to go. The neighborhood is quiet and I didn't notice any traffic noise. Barb was responsive and reassuring when my flight and arrival were delayed, and I appreciated that she met me on arrival to direct parking and walk me to the entrance. I would stay here again when visiting Albuquerque.

Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. I was impressed with how clean the apartment was when we arrived. Great lightening around the building. We had a great time staying here while visiting the balloon fiesta. We would definitely stay here again.

Came into town for a couple days and loved the Blue Door. Wish I had more time where I could've stayed there longer. Will definitely look this place up again if I come back to town!

This place was the perfect place for my family to stay for our trip. It had plenty of space and many amenities so we could travel with less. Santiago was a great host and I highly recommend this property. If we are ever back in the area, we will check availability here first.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It’s an animal-friendly BnB, so there was a slight dog smell, but it didn’t bother us. The only thing I’d note is that it felt a bit overpriced for the size—one bathroom and two bedrooms—but overall, it was a solid experience. Would recommend! And the host is very friendly.

RBI’s place was super clean and comfortable. We had a great time and everything was perfect. This place is quiet and located close to a freeway for easy access to the city.

We had a fantastic stay at Carrie and Scott’s place. The house spacious and kept very clean. We had a private garage to park in as well. Overall a very positive experience staying here.

I loved this spot. It was a one bedroom apartment and have a lot of space. There was a kitchen so we could store our breakfast items. The bathroom was stocked with soaps and hair care products. A nice bedroom with a walk in closet to get luggage out of the way. My favorite part was the central courtyard. It was an ideal place to have multiple couples friends rent and travel together. Also easy parking

Suited our needs exactly. In town for only a few days for a funeral, but the location was perfect. Close to various places we needed to be. Very clean and comfortable. John communicated very well and sent detailed directions. Appreciated that we were able to bring our cat. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. Thanks, John!

We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.
