We offer two rooms (see other listing) in our 4P accommodation on the ground floor with 2 terraces and a small garden in the heart of a recent residence at the entrance to the Grand Parc des Coquibus. (ideal for walks, jogging or a break in the grass) 5 minutes from local shops 10 min to University, RER D train station and shopping mall You can use the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and outdoor areas shared with us.
