SUPERB APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF RISOUL 1850

Recently refurbished, this 22 m ² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the EDELWEISS residence in the heart of the resort with free parking next to it and about a hundred meters from the ski lifts. It has a bathroom with bathtub , a separate toilet, an open space with sleeping area with a double bed and a seating area with a BZ unfolding into a double bed. A fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, washing machine, large screen TV and large dressing room.

Very bright 35 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. South-facing terrace and garden of 30 m2 with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

This peaceful, comfortable and very bright accommodation offers a relaxing stay in a residence with swimming pool and Finnish sauna, free Wi-Fi. With an area of 44 m², it has 2 bedrooms + mountain corner and a beautiful mountain view. Beautiful balcony facing east Ski locker. All you have to do is put on your skis, you are at the foot of a small slope.
