Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Large garden with panoramic view of the Dolomites. Private entrance, parking, WiFi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Space for skis or bikes. The flat is located in a very quiet and sunny area, 10 minutes by car from the village centre and the ski lifts. Ritten Card included in the price!

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Apartment with a garden

The apartment is located in Wangen. Wangen is a small village in the municipality of Ritten and is located above Bolzano. From Bolzano we are 17km(20 min drive). You can reach us via Renon or through the Sarntal. Our village unfortunately has no grocery store. In front of the apartment is a sunbathing lawn and playground for children and a covered parking space is available for your car. In the same house is a restaurant where you can stop

The well-furnished apartment “Schlern” is situated in Völs am Schlern (Fiè allo Sciliar), a municipality in the beautiful mountain of South Tyrol and close to the famous alp Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi).
