The stay with Christian was very relaxing. The house sits beautifully amidst trees. The nearby small river was used by us to cool off and the little one liked to play there. The breakfast was fantastic and prepared with lots of specially made products. Christian took the time every day to recommend us excursion destinations and activities.

The accommodation is close to historical sites, the area is nice and safe. Very good attention from the hosts.

Maria was very welcoming especially with a last minute booking. The town is great and she gave me great recommendations on where to go in town. I would stay again, as a matter of fact we loved it so much we booked the next night as well to spend another day before continuing our adventure!

The place was extremely clean and I really appreciate the way how everything was organised: a storage room, a wardrobe and a garbage room. The apartment was quite spacious for 2 for 1 week, enough space where to cook and have a meal as well as where to store all belongings. Some things that can be improved: pillows were quite strange, not comfy to sleep. communication on the arrival day was tough, I sent a couple of messages and didn’t get any replies but the host was waiting in the house and we checked in successfully. Despite of some difficulties I can recommend the place, we felt very good. The parking was in front of the house. The bus stations (both Soelden and Obergurgl) are in front of the house. House has 300years history and it’s very warm, with 30-50% heating we were feeling good. Small minus - no lift so you will need to climb up after skiing 😀😀😀 but for us it was not a problem at all. Delicious fresh breakfast included! Ski bus right outside the door. Very flexible with letting us park during the day after we checked out while we skied.

This place was better than we could have imagined! It was super clean and the breakfast was delicious! We were given some recommendations on where to hike nearby and also where to eat! 100% recommend this place, I would stay here again :)

Deborah and her mother were wonderful! The room was quaint and the view was picturesque. Very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast kept me full the whole day! Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

A very nice, clean, and comfortable place. The hosts are very kind and helpful, and the location is excellent.

A place right next to the ski lift with ski storage, it doesn't get better than that! Our room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything you might need. Our bathroom has been equipped with a tub. There were more than enough towels. A hairdryer was integrated. Not only was the water very warm, but the room was also pleasantly temparated. The door to the balcony as well as the windows closed so tightly that almost nothing could be heard from the noise of the lift. Breakfast was typical of the country and rich and varied. There was a coffee machine available all day long. The bar on the ground floor was open from 6.30 am to 7 pm and invited you to linger. There, in a separate room, there was an area that was reserved only for guests of the house. The company's employees should be highlighted. Everyone was extraordinarily kind and kind. They all helped us immediately feel at home and welcome. We will be happy to come back.

For those who are prepared to drive up a narrow and steep, but quite safe road up to Caracoi Cimai, you will be be amply rewarded: The views, the peace, the space and the beautifully and tastefully restored house that you will be staying in. Hans is a great host and you will feel very welcome and at home, in caza.

One of the best B&B’s I’ve ever stayed at! The room is very beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. The garden is amazing, with views of the lake, the mountains, olive trees, and the family’s pet goats and chickens, cats and sweet dog made my stay extra special! But the best part about it all were the hosts: Barbara and Nicola are outstanding people and I absolutely adored them! I hope to return soon♥️

I absolutely loved the place especially the location was beautiful. Very accommodating and helpful hosts. My only suggestion would be to bring a portable fan. I do run warmer when I sleep and got a little hot but that is mostly personal preference. Overall great experience and will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Josef's b&b is wonderful! But not only that, everything was perfect, from the welcome to the check-out. I also recommend it for its proximity to wonderful trails and walks that you can reach in less than 15 minutes by car!

The apartment is very well located, highway connection is nearby and you immediately found your way around. Despite this, the house is located in a quiet environment. The hosts are friendly, open and very committed to their guests. Communication with Margit and check-in are also straightforward. The apartment and the outdoor area of the house are very well maintained and lovingly designed. We didn't miss anything and would vacation there again at any time.

One of the best places I've ever stayed, fantastic host and accomodation

The farm is really a lovely place, with attention to detail and with a cozy atmosphere. All made of wood, from common rooms to rooms, which reflect the typical Alpine style and transmit warmth and authenticity. Breakfast is a real strength: rich and genuine, with fresh products that make you feel at home. You can feel the quality of the ingredients and the attention to authentic flavors. A perfect place for those looking for relaxation, nature and a family welcome. Highly recommended!

Staying at Mario's was a very pleasant experience. The apartment is completely new, very clean and well maintained; breakfast is plentiful, both savory and sweet. We had a great time!
