Hoburne cotswolds Water Park Lodge

The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. See Hoburne's website for details on pools, bars, Gym, Sauna, boating lake and shows etc. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

The Melans

This gorgeous small chalet style house was built as a starter home for my sister who is now married with 2 children. It is very unusual as it has a mezzanine floor with a cosy lounge area overlooking the main kitchen diner. It has 1 bedroom with 2 massive wadrobes. A new bathroom with excellent shower and a lounge / 2nd bedroom up some steep stairs on the mezzanine floor. We can configue the beds how you like (as 4 singles, 1 double & 2 singles or 2 doubles). Refurbished in a modern style.

This garden lodge is in the garden of a family home, with flexible accommodation for solo adventurers, solo business travelers and visiting students and academics all 25 years of age and over. With a good level of English and must be contactable by Watsapp please. Nearby are bus links to London & Airports, Colleges, Botanical Gardens, lovely restaurants & cafes and parks. This studio is almost in the centre of Oxford and we think you will get the full flavour of all sides of Oxford life.

Light and Airey studio above double garage within main house grounds over looking fields to rear with residents ponies, stair access to side (not suitable for those guests with mobility difficulty). Twin beds Small kitchen unit with fridge,microwave and two hot plates. private shower room and WC. This is Our Chalet situated on the Hoburne Holiday Park, Cotswolds. Its a two bedroom wooden structured unit, insulated and heated with lounge / diner and separate bathroom. It has its own terrace and a direct view to one of the lakes within the park. It’s set within the Cotswold Water Parks where there is an abundance of things to do for everyone. * Please see notes in The Space about temporary refurbishments Nov 23 - May 24. No indoor pool until May ‘24 or as advised.
