This one-bedroom mother-in-law apartment has a private entrance and parking space. Walk to the back of the house and you're on the banks of the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. With easy access to all that North Bend and The Snoqualmie Valley has to offer. Easy access to I-90. We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle with convenient proximity to World Cup 2026 games. Also 30 min to Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport. We are just 20 minutes from The Summit at Snoqualmie ski area and just a few minutes to downtown North Bend & downtown Snoqualmie.

Relax by the wood-burning fire pit or soak in the hot tub after a hike. A short walk leads to the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. Located in a rural neighborhood with a scenic one-mile loop walk, plus ample on-site parking.

This attached guest suite is family friendly with a private entrance and sits on the bottom floor of our 3-story home (we live above). Located at the base of Mt Si with outstanding mountain views and access to a shared cedar sauna behind the house. No freeway noise, just the sound of Snoqualmie River across the street. 40 min to Seattle / SeaTac 30 min to Summit at Snoqualmie 5 min to North Fork Farms
