This 120 m² house, renovated in 2022 is climatised is perfect to chill out with your family and discovering the best places of the Perigord and Bastides villages. It is located 5 mn away from Villeréal and 7 mn from Issigeac. The house has got a 170 m² terrasse outside and a 5 x 10 meters pool. Children would love the trampoline and the bowl field.
