Perfect stay! Close to everything! It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend d stay! Would defy recommend.

My brother and I rented the wizard house and game house which worked out great for our families as they are side by side. The shared back yard was great. Loved the theming of both houses. Game room was a little nostalgic of some childhood games! We loved the escape room in the wizard house. Rachel was great at communicating things to do in the area, places to eat, and local grocery stores. We really appreciated her suggestions especially for food stops! I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Her places had everything we needed!

We had the best time at the cabin Attitude Adjustment. It was everything I had hoped for and more! The view was stunning, the cabin was relaxing and had everything we needed, Linda thought of everything to make sure your stay was comfortable and cozy. We will definitely go back and our dogs loved it too.

My husband and I along with our two dogs had a delightful stay at Sasquatch Retreat. Aside from the unique and charming decor, it was beautifully located for our trip to New River Gorge National Park. Having a fenced in yard and dog friendly facilities made this a perfect choice for us. The welcome guide was super helpful with suggestions for local eateries and activities. Our hosts were wonderfully responsive to our questions. Thanks again, Andrew and Kasey for a great stay!

Really enjoyed staying here. Close to VT, large enough to have our daughter and some friends over for dinner. Very communicative owner. Will stay here again on a future visit to BBG.

We had a wonderful stay in Christiansburg visiting our son at Tech. It was a perfect location with a quiet community and cozy, comfortable home while still being close to campus. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us to feel like we could spread out a bit. Mary was very helpful, friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property when you need a stay in the area and imagine we will be returning as well! Thanks, Mary!

My friends and I met at Anita’s place, it was perfectly located halfway between my home in South Carolina and my friend’s homes in Pennsylvania. Anita’s back to the fifties home was exactly what we were looking for. My friends and I try to get together every spring and every fall, and we will most likely return to Anita’s place in the future. We are all cat lovers, so Elvis and his friends the were an added bonus for us!! We also enjoyed watching deer, in the back yard in the evenings!! Loved reading about the history of the family and the home that was displayed throughout the home!! We had a fabulous time!

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen’s place. With six of us, the house offered plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen was very well organized, and Colleen was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The porch and grounds provided lots of outdoor space to relax, and with easy access to Kaymoor, we would have been able to spend the entire weekend climbing without needing to use our car. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

This apartment is well appointed and comfortable. I was touched by how well the apartment was decorated and furnished. Fern is an excellent host with a truly warm heart for her guests. Airbnb has placed this apartment in the top 10% of rentals. Actually it is in the top 1%. You will not be disappointed.

We have stayed in AirBnB all over the world. This is one of the best. Tastefully decorated with quality stuff. Very thoughtful to keep some snacks and water along with basic items for cooking that you would typically forget. This was our second stay. Will definitely be back again as our son is studying in VT.

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!" 

We can’t say enough nice things about our stay. A definite gem of a find. Walkable to downtown, and a beautiful porch to relax on after a walk. The snacks provided were a nice touch. Plenty of coffee pods as well. Very clean and well maintained historic home. We will definitely return when we come back for more concerts at the Harvester.

Had a great stay for a few nights in this condo. Comfortable and clean as a lovely escape while we enjoyed local hikes and breweries. Convenient to the wintergreen market which was helpful for what we may have forgotten or for anything else we wanted. Looooved having the wood burning fireplace too! We’d love to come back.

Perfect in every way. The location did not disappoint and my small dogs felt right at home. Many thanks—we will be back!!

Adam is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and accommodating. I loved that they gave a pet friendly home and that allowed us to bring our furr baby. His home is definitely a home away from home. I highly recommend and will use again in the future.

I loved staying at Mariners Landing in this lovely condo. It was perfect for a peaceful couple of nights away in the "off season" though any season at Smith Mountain Lake is beautiful! I enjoyed the amenities including the indoor pool, game room, and beach area, and had a fabulous meal from Bruno's Clubhouse. The condo was beautifully decorated and I spent a lot of time on the lakefront balcony. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Our quick escape before picking our son up from NC State was relaxing and so enjoyable. Spent a lot of time out on the lake. Temperatures were warmer than the usual April weather, we both have great tans to prove it! We were very comfortable at your place. Perfectly located off of Scruggs gave us the ability to get to our favorite restaurants (Napolis is the best and only a quick walk away). New to us was Black water cafe, totally awesome! We will go there again when we return. We were able to spend time with family that have recently moved to the lake. Our little escape has re energized us, filled our hearts with joy and great memories on the lake. Your place had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed the decor, the layout, everything about your little slice of heaven on the lake. Who could ask for anything more. Thank you sincerely.

Lindsay’s place was perfect for our family’s ski weekend. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The views were amazing! Lindsay was a great communicator and very responsive host. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a spectacular time during our stay! The place was cozy and utterly peaceful. Along with the breathtaking view of the lake, as chefs we enjoyed the great kitchen lol. Katie is super responsive and even allowed us to come back and look for my husband’s wedding band. Thank God we found it. I cannot wait to come back. I think we found our SML vacation spot forever lol. 10/10 recommend to others.
