This is a 2nd floor unit in my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad for Airbnb guests, there are 2 other units in the building. Its in walking distance to many amenities including shops and restaurants just 2 blocks away!

STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.
