Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

In this accommodation, you can enjoy tranquility: relax with the whole family! 20 mins to Cádiz Beaches 20 minutes to Cadiz capital. 5 minutes from Chiclana. 20 minutes to Playa de la barrosa ( Chiclana) Comfortable little chalet, with two bedrooms, living room with open concept kitchen, and bathroom. Small but well equipped kitchen, very comfortable for a few days on vacation and relaxation. Outdoor area with pool, grass, and porch where to enjoy dinners ,meals , or barbecues.

The villa is newly built, with a modern, functional style and privacy, and 300 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the best leisure space of CHICLANA beach, La Barrosa. The house is divided into two floors, the lower one has a double bedroom with a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Cosy villa in Chiclana, within a 500M2 plot, beautiful landscaped gardens, private pool (not fenced) with interior bench, sun loungers, barbecue, porch with furniture, outdoor dining area, vehicle entrance... Quiet area, with good connections to visit different areas of the province of Cádiz ( capital, beaches etc...) 2 minutes by car from Comercios, Supermercados, Cinemas, Restaurants, Pharmacy... This property does not accept groups of young people under 27 years of age.

Large detached villa with 8x4 meter pool, very large garden and fiber optic Wi-Fi. Two porches, one in front to enjoy the sunset and another in the back next to the pool.
