Monthly Rentals in Rochester

Great location. Dee was very responsive and caring. Sent someone to shoveI walks for us after the snow. I did notice in other reviews about no shower bar so yes that still holds true as then my 81 yr old mom couldn’t use the shower. Yes, There is a musty smell (so maybe bring a diffuser) baseboards, vents and exhaust fan in bathroom could use a good deep clean/vaccum. Grout in tub mildew. So hopefully housekeeper can tend to that. Layout of house was great for the 4 of us and location great.

Super nice place! Has everything you need such as fridge, plates microwave. Has amazing heat when needed and a good cozy living room.

Stayed a second time at Florina's with my dog and had a very enjoyable stay. Way better than a hotel. Florina's place is charming and really clean - plus you have extensive grounds to run your dog with restaurants and public walking trail nearby. I highly recommend her studio and plan to stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was very well furnished and comfy. The bathrooms were clean! Great walking distance to downtown Rochester. Will definitely stay there again!!
