Monthly Rentals in Rocky Point

This place was very nice. It had everything you could need while down there. It felt and looked clean. The view was stunning overlooking the bay, especially for sunsets. The location is not far from the airport or downtown Tampa and then if you want to go to a beach, Clearwater and St Pete isn’t too far of a drive either. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again!

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Scott for making our trip memorable!
