Beautiful townhouse in Valle de Rodalquilar, in the heart of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. Very central but on a quiet street, opposite the Botanical Garden. Features a living room, porch, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom and a room with two beds, both with built-in closets and the master bathroom. Beautiful and spacious house, with one of the best penthouses in San Jose. Views of both the beach and the mountain from its two terraces. The sunrise is amazing. It has a large living room, full kitchen, bathroom and toilet, main room and bedroom with twin beds. Located in the upper area of San Jose, a very quiet area and just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Possibility to walk to the main beaches of the Natural Park, as well as its countless hiking trails.

Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.
