A beautiful panorama awaits you with a view of the earth pyramids, the freshly mown mountain meadows and a 360° all-round view of the peaks of the Dolomites. Unser Kernhof liegt idyllisch, ein herrlich ruhiges Plätzchen, abseits von Durchzugsverkehr und doch zentral für Ausflüge in die Berge, oder in die nahe liegende Bischofsstadt Brixen. In unserem Park gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Verweilen (Kinderspielplatz, Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Trampolin). Auf Anfrage (bitte vor Anreise anfragen) genießt ihr Frühstück und Abendessen in der Ferienpension "Zummüllerhof" gleich daneben. Im Sommer veranstalten wir wöchentlich Grillabende.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Nostra casa si trova a 15 min. con macchina da Bressanone e 7 minuti con macchina fino alla funivia per centro sciistico Plose. Questo appartameno ha una stanza da letto (letto matrimoniale, letto singolo + culla neonato), cucina con divano-letto (senza lavastoviglie), Tv, grande balcone al sud...nel bagno ce anche una piccola lavatrice....Ideale per la coppia con bambini piccoli :)

The holiday apartment "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and boasts an exciting Alpine view directly from the premises. The village center with shops, bars and restaurants is within walking distance. Our apartment is located directly on the Pustertal cycle path.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

This newly built flat is located near the town of Brixen. Let your gaze wander over the famous monastery, vineyards and the peaks of the Alps. You will find a well-stocked eat-in kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. Enjoy the garden or the roof terrace. Parking spaces are available. Public transport nearby. Stroll through the old town of Brixen. Explore hiking and cycling trails and the nearby ski areas.

Please keep in mind that you are self-catering with us. The location of our farm is particularly quiet and is located directly on the edge of the forest. By arrangement, pets can also be brought. I charge a fee, depending on the stay, as a final cleaning.

Nestled in the special natural and cultural landscape of the Puster Valley, the quiet location of the biologically managed farm allows pleasant and relaxed living - animal encounters guaranteed!
