Holiday rentals with a patio in Ronciglione

Quiet apartment, very well located 5 min from transport. The terrace is really a plus, Viviana is very responsive: key problem when we arrive: she offers us to offer us the restaurant!!! In the end, very good Italian wine that is offered to us the next day. It's the measure of Rome, a breathtaking city just like its people, just the bathroom a little small ...We'll be back with pleasure

First off, Andrea from the minute we arrived into Rome was so friendly, attentive and kind. He went out of his way to make sure we could store our luggage before check in times to allow us to explore the city. When we entered the apartment it truly was so beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed and more! Andrea put us at ease and recommended so many little restaurants in the area and was so enthusiastic! We did not want to leave and we can’t wait to one day visit back! Thank you so so much for such a wonderful stay. Please do not hesitate to book with him! Such a gorgeous and wonderful space/setting 15 mins away from the Vatican with stunning views.

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photos and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep it in mind as a property for our next visit to the capital.

In fact, it's better than the photos. Secure space. Elevator. Clean, spacious, bright, with washing machine and laundry rack. With 3 kids, it's worth to be halfway forward!

Cesare’s apartment was honestly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! I travel often and have stayed in many places, but this one really stood out. The apartment is spacious, beautifully clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything down to the smallest detail, and the terrace was just perfect - whether for a sunny breakfast or a cozy dinner under the lights. It felt like every corner was designed with care. But what made the stay truly special was Cesare himself. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome - with fresh fruit, drinks, coffee, and snacks waiting for us. He was always available if we needed anything, yet never intrusive. He was so warm and genuine that it honestly felt like staying with a friend I’ve known for years; thank you Cesare 😌 This place is a gem! Highly recommended!!!

Very nice place to stay in Roma, not in the center but very easy to go there with the bus (about 40 min to 1 hour). Host was very easy going !

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

Matteo's house was great to stay in. We found everything we needed inside. The location is beautiful and the grounds are large with lots to do. We enjoyed the short walk to Sutri and exploring the town.

What can we say if not that we will definitely be back for a longer stay! Lorenza is kind and caring, the apartment is spacious, very clean, soft and fragrant sheets and towels and then the house is surrounded by greenery, in short, just as we imagine a little paradise! A lovely place to unplug your cell phone and forget about the outside world:)

We had such a nice stay! The apartment was so beautiful and clean. Simone was very great, gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and was very responsive.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

The location was fantastic. So close to everything we wanted to see and do. We could walk everywhere. So many restaurants at our doorstep. The apartment itself was quirky and full of character. The steps up to the apartment were difficult but that was explained on the website and it was well worth the trouble. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and very friendly.

The apartment is immaculate, Nadia was very responsive and helpful and had left many helpful extras to make us feel at home (water, bottle of wine, snacks). We had difficulty ordering taxies to collect us, but that may have been our taxi app, so we ended up walking in and out of town, which needed to be factored into our planning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

we were very satisfied, the house was clean and well furnished the fridge was already on when we arrived as well as there was soap and sponge for dishes or detergent for the washing machine, the house was already livable immediately and this thing for a short stay was of great value to us. it was also nice to be welcomed on arrival (they also helped us with our luggage and provided useful information for our vacation). there are certainly more luxurious solutions but within this price range I think the value for money is excellent. there was also air conditioning with double split and a nice sofa with a garden table on the balcony. the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. also excellent is the proximity of a supermarket and other shops within a minute's walk

A lovely apartment. Tastefully furnished with all the amenities you need. Easy access to buses and trams. Lovely part of Rome to explore woth easy access to historical centre. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rino was super helpful for the entire duration of our stay. He made great recommendations, made us feel welcome and was flexible about check in and check out. The car parking was the main reason we booked this apartment, and we were so glad we did as it’s off street and private! The property is just 10 mins from the metro which is excellent and a 15 minute walk from the Vatican. The Iamotti gelato place a couple of minutes walk away was brilliant. We went there each day! Superb stay, I would recommend this to anybody. If only there were more people like Rino, he was so hospitable. Thank you again!
