Holiday rentals with a patio in Ronciglione

This is not a popular tourist destination, need to be reached by car and the lake is quiet and open.The room is simple, comfortable and clean.The homeowner was very responsive and solved a few small problems very quickly. Recommended

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photos and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep it in mind as a property for our next visit to the capital.

Great experience, well located apartment, close to the sea and all the essential amenities. Well-equipped house, the only flaw is the absence of curtains on the windows and mosquito nets. Host available.

In fact, it's better than the photos. Secure space. Elevator. Clean, spacious, bright, with washing machine and laundry rack. With 3 kids, it's worth to be halfway forward!

Very nice place to stay in Roma, not in the center but very easy to go there with the bus (about 40 min to 1 hour). Host was very easy going !

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

What can we say if not that we will definitely be back for a longer stay! Lorenza is kind and caring, the apartment is spacious, very clean, soft and fragrant sheets and towels and then the house is surrounded by greenery, in short, just as we imagine a little paradise! A lovely place to unplug your cell phone and forget about the outside world:)

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Nice place to stay. We had everything we needed for the accommodation. Equipped kitchen. And best communication with host. He helped with everything.

Gianluca was a very attentive host. He responded quickly to messages. His advice made it easier for us to get to the apartment and stay in Rome. The apartment is located in a great location. It is a minute away from the bus stop that connects you to the city center. Buses pass frequently. Near the apartment you have everything you might need during your stay (a supermarket, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a cafe, a pastry shop) and everything was open even on Sunday. The apartment is neat, clean and nicely furnished. It is connected along its entire length with a large balcony. We would love to return to this accommodation again and would definitely recommend it to other tourists.

We were really very happy. Ideal accommodation for families, the house is very spacious and very clean, quiet for rest. The metro is 100 meters away and the area is full of parking. Dario was very nice and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

We stayed in Elvezio's apartment for a month, apartment as shown in the photos, clean and super bright, Elvezio and his wife are always available. Apartment equipped with all the comforts, particular mention of the outdoor terrace and balcony. Neighborhood surrounded by greenery and above all very quiet.

The apartment is immaculate, Nadia was very responsive and helpful and had left many helpful extras to make us feel at home (water, bottle of wine, snacks). We had difficulty ordering taxies to collect us, but that may have been our taxi app, so we ended up walking in and out of town, which needed to be factored into our planning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

we were very satisfied, the house was clean and well furnished the fridge was already on when we arrived as well as there was soap and sponge for dishes or detergent for the washing machine, the house was already livable immediately and this thing for a short stay was of great value to us. it was also nice to be welcomed on arrival (they also helped us with our luggage and provided useful information for our vacation). there are certainly more luxurious solutions but within this price range I think the value for money is excellent. there was also air conditioning with double split and a nice sofa with a garden table on the balcony. the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. also excellent is the proximity of a supermarket and other shops within a minute's walk
