Definitely would stay there again when visiting Cannes. Amazing location, just 3 minutes walk to the beach. You go out from the apartment directly to the shopping street. Building has an elevator which is a big bonus. Apartment is close to everything you need. We stayed 3 girls for a week and we didn’t feel limited by space. The only thing I would like to suggest - it would be better to have more storage space, especially if you are staying for a longer time. Ac was working perfectly. Bathroom and rooms are clean. Was a bit noisy during nights as you hear everything what happens outside, but during night it’s only cars and sometimes ppl who are passing by. Luckily there was no restaurants directly downstairs. Otherwise had an amazing time in the apartment! Recommend

Every thing about this place is as described. A super host in Sandra who was amazing, she was friendly, very responsive and also flexible with us which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place and if ever back in Cannes would stay here again. Perfect 👌

Estelle's appartment is absolutely gorgeous. It feels like heaven. Photos cannot do it justice. Everything has been thought of with quality fittings and presented with TLC. The side balcony is magical and we felt like we were in a movie. The bedroom is spacious with great storage , excellent lighting and a comfy bed. Great location with everything in walking distance, there is so much to explore and enjoy . Thank you Estelle for providing your beautiful appartment for us, we can't wait to return .

Very nice flat, fully matching the description and pictures, with a nice sea view. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Estelle was very responsive to all our enquiries and we were warmly welcome by Jean-Luc. Everything was perfect.

Clearly disappointed to have returned home. I had an amazing vacation, a very accessible, clean and spacious apartment. I would highly recommend this listing. The host is very welcoming and responsive, thank you a thousand times I had a good holiday in the sun.

Wonderful people-watching from the balcony, (including a semi- marathon one Sunday morning) which gets the sun from morning to sunset and is very sheltered. The road is busy but for us the view of the sea and the mountains not only from the balcony but also from the large windows more than compensated for this. We arrived by train and could immediately go for dinner in one of the restaurants under the flat. We enjoyed the location, away from the busiest spots but an easy walk to and from the market. Le Suquet is just behind and the port from the day trips to the islands five minutes’ walk away. We saw films in the original version with French sub-titles (VOST) at two cinemas, made use of the buses (Palm App) to get to the villages… the mimosa was out…

The house location is just perfect close to the shops and the beach. The house is spatious and perfectly accomodating, kitchen very well equipped. check in/ check out were very smooth. Treacy was very helpful. thank you for making our stay memorable.

Listing as described. It is clean and well-equipped. Exterior lighting is missing so we couldn't enjoy the terrace. Lots of co-ownership rules that we weren't aware of. The owners of the other properties are not very nice, we had remonstrations at the pool (we were talking about being too loud). The agents of the Serrendy agency are very available and nice.

We spend three weeks which was wonderful every thing was perfect , closed compound safe place and Helmi was very helpful and responding immediately for any questions. There is nearby walking distance to a supermarket and a bakery. Car is a must to visit other areas 12-20 minutes to Cannes . 2 bathrooms one of them upstairs for 4 bedrooms the only negative point. Definitely we will comeback again to this home because we felt like at our home since the first day . 5 stars place 👍
