Quietly located in the Fliegerviertel despite being very close to the city centre (10-minute walk) as well as to the Landau Zoo (5-minute walk) and the park of the former Landau fortress complex (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1-minute walk). The Palatinate vineyards are also just a few minutes' walk away.

An ideal location for hiking or biking and stopping at the huts in the Palatinate Forest. Occupancy is designed for either 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
