Spacious open plan living area with split system cooling/heating, great for relaxation. 2 bedrooms upstairs with ceiling fans, 1 queen and 1 double bed, 1 family bedroom downstairs with double bed and single bunk beds. Large backyard with mature trees, bbq, deck, child's swing; dogs not permitted inside. Close to the beach foreshore playground, pier, cafes, supermarket, cinema, restaurants, it's a great place to stay.

A tranquil house in a lovely quiet street. Updated with a modern beach feel and comfortable furnishings throughout. An ideal location being a 12 minute walk (1.2km) to the beach, pier, & the fantastic Rosebud children's playground, and 5 minute walk to the RSL. A very safe and secure neighbourhood.
