Das frisch renovierte und erweiterte Appartement befindet sich im Herzen von Füssen, mitten in der romantischen Fußgängerzone. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nahezu sichtbarer Reichweite. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Stadt und Region bieten Freizeitmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Wandern, Biken, Baden, Wintersport, alles ist saisonsbedingt möglich. Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Außerhalb gelegen (11 km Fahrtweg nach Füssen) bietet diese Ferienwohnung mit Garten und Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen den Erholungsfaktor, den Sie sich im Urlaub wünschen. Bergpanorama inklusive. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Die Wohnung bietet gut Platz für zwei bis drei Erwachsene oder Familien mit ein bis zwei Kindern. Es gibt eine Ausziehcouch und ein Babybett. Der Kurbeitrag wir separat vor Ort bezahlt (1,15 Euro pro Tag ab 16 Jahr, 0,60 Euro pro Tag zwischen 6 und 16 Jahre)

You can expect a feel-good atmosphere: In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous hiking and biking trails, cross-country ski trails, and ski slopes. As far as the eye can see, there is beautiful, green pre-Alpine countryside with meadows, mountains, and swimming lakes. In about 45 minutes, you can be in the high mountains, and Munich is about 50 miles away. It is about 7.5 miles to Füssen and Neuschwanstein. this vacation rental is not suitable for babies and small children.

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

They live on site, and I take care of the Airbnb management for them :) Important: Please do not book this accommodation if high-speed Wi-Fi is important to you. The Wi-Fi is unfortunately not very fast. Instead, put your phone away and enjoy the nature, the surroundings, and especially the beautiful view! :)

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.

Welcome to our small but fine AirBnB in Osterreinen directly on Lake Forggensee, in the middle of the Allgäu! From the apartment you have a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains. In summer you can jump into the cool water in just 5 minutes, in winter the cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house! Ideal for a short break for two in a beautiful region, no matter what time of year!

The beautiful ground floor apartment offers over 80 sqm of space for up to 3 people. It has its own terrace area, underfloor heating, a bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in glass shower. The modern wooden kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stovetop, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom is a nice size and you can go directly onto the terrace. Dogs are allowed by agreement and cost 10 euros/day.

Our apartment is in a quiet location with access to a large garden. Dogs are welcome and cost €5 per day. It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable on all levels. Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the royal castles at the gateway to the Ammer Mountains. Lake Ilass with a swimming beach (Forggensee) is only 500 meters away. Ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities.

Experience the Riviera of the Allgäu in this modern apartment with mountain views. The accommodation is very quiet and within walking distance of Lake Hopfen. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
