The apartment has a combined living and sleeping area as well as a sofa bed. There is also a separate bedroom available – ideal for families or small groups. Our guests appreciate the good location with the commendable transport links. A private parking space directly in front of the house is reserved for you.

The apartment is in a quiet location in the Rostock district of Gehlsdorf. The spacious accommodation (93 square meters) has a bedroom with double bed, hallway and bathroom, as well as a living area with sofa bed (cribs are not available) and open kitchen. From the living room you can access the terrace to linger. A lockable room is available for bicycles. A car can be parked under the carport. Via key safe, it is possible to arrive from 3 pm and depart until 11 am.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
