Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The chic apartment is the ideal base for enjoying Rostock and the surrounding area. In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. The city harbor with its diverse gastronomic facilities is also within walking distance. At the main train station, which is only about a 5-minute walk away and has train connections to the Warnemünde, which is worth seeing, there is a bicycle rental (parking on the premises).

Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, steakhouse, cinema, church, museum and street cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The city harbor is about 10 minutes away on foot. The University of Music and Theater 8 min. The approximately 115sqm maisonette apartment can be reached via 2 flights of stairs.

The apartment is very close to Rostock Central Station. It can accommodate up to 6 people with two sofa beds and a double bed. The built-in kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings and includes, among other things fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stovetops, etc. In the bathroom, in addition to the classic shower, toilet and sink, there is also a washer/dryer. There is also a small seating area on the balcony.

Hello, you love guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.
