Precioso ático en plena Playa de la Costilla. La entrada al edificio cuenta con una puerta automática a escasos metros del mar. El apartamento consta de salón con sofá cama y cocina americana, habitación de matrimonio con armario empotrado y baño, es la planta Ático situada en la tercera planta del edificio, acceso por escaleras. Lo mejor su gran terraza, puede verse el mar mientras se disfruta de una copa o de una buena comida, dispone de toldos que aportan privacidad, sin duda os encantará.

Precioso y coqueto apartamento de un dormitorio con una inmensa terraza (40m2) de acceso independiente y completamente equipada que mira al Castillo de San Marcos. La casa se encuentra en pleno centro de El Puerto de Santa María, a 2 minutos de bares y restaurantes y a 5 de la estación marítima que conecta con Cádiz. Es una zona muy tranquila, por lo que no tendrás molestias durante tu estancia, a pesar de estar muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés. El apartamento es ideal para parejas.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.
