Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rota

Carlos was a 10-star host, I recommend this villa 100%. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean, everything perfectly arranged. Carlos gives you some recommendations for the area to visit, he is very friendly, he is available in case you need anything. The outdoor area of the villa is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and the lawn area with chill-out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally accurate and even better in person. We had an incredible vacation, we rested a lot, we were able to enjoy a house with all the amenities and with great attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated to find such a well-kept house and that we arrive and everything is ready. To highlight, I had never been anywhere where the towels and sheets are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared barbecue area. I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

Excellent home, with all kinds of details and excellent host. We'll be back for sure.

Exactly like the photos, it has everything we needed during our stay, and Mercedes was very helpful, provided local recommendations, and very proactive. Chiclana and the surrounding area is a beautiful place in Spain, a good place as a base for exploring Cadiz, Seville, Tarifa, Vejer, Bologna, etc. There are plenty of supermarkets , restaurants, bars , ice cream shops in the town. Close to the beach (by car) and the mega beach because it's the ocean, so it's wonderful.

The stay was magnificent!! The house is beautiful , perfect to enjoy with the family and all amenities, there was nothing missing. Super spacious kitchen and perfect rooms. Highlight the comfort of the mattresses, great🤩. Roberto's attention was excellent, attentive and always available . 100% recommended !! We'll be back 😍

We were very comfortable in this apartment. It was very spacious and in a very good location in the old town and close to the station. Great views of the harbour. It could be a little noisy but with the windows closed it was fine.

We loved our stay at Luisa’s , everything as described and we very much enjoyed the area , close to everything in Sanlucar.

Everything is very tidy and clean. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation, a quiet area, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets and to a good location in Cádiz by car. Also parking at the gate. Everything was great!

We had a very nice week in Jerez and Per's apartment. The apartment was fully equipped (even had a roof terrace!) and the center of Jerez was easy to walk to. The contact with Per was very good.

Spent 6 peaceful weeks in Setta’s apartment which is better than the photos. Communication from Setta was excellent and Miriam was waiting for us at the prearranged time. Although she only speaks Spanish, my limited Spanish meant we were able to communicate and understand what she was saying as she showed us round. We felt really at home in this gated community which is quiet and the public areas are kept immaculately clean. The parking was useful, and for the weeks we didn’t have a car, Jerez centre is a 10 minute walk. Plenty of bed linen, towels, toiletries and cleaning products were provided for our extended stay ,and the apartment is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the roof terrace where we had a few relaxing afternoons in the sun tasting the different sherries! It’s well situated for bars and restaurants: Rincon Granaino, Mareal, Dealonso and Fundador were our favourites; while supermarket Dia is just round the corner and Mercadona is a 10 minute walk.

This was the second time we stayed at Macarena's Airbnb in just a few months. This time when stayed while purchasing a home in Spain. Macarena is a terrific host with a beautiful apartment. We loved this specific location (Punta Candor) in Rota. The apartment is very comfortable and I will recommend this place to anyone who wishes a comfortable stay in Rota.

Jose is a good host, before he arrived he was already helping us with the places to visit and where to eat. We recommended very good restaurants. The house is very well equipped, clean and quiet , with a very good location and 200 meters from the beach

Thanks to Hector for his kindness and attention. From minute one noticed that everything was perfect. They let us in before the time and it came to us great, also upon arrival we had a lot of details on the table. The house is a perfect duplex for being on vacation, super cozy and with all the necessary utensils. It's been a very good experience! We are sure to repeat.

Apartament in an unbeatable location of El Puerto. Quiet and noise-free area but 2 minutes from the entire restaurant area. The apartment's terrace certainly the best. The apartment had everything we need with a lot of things in the kitchen to cook (oil, spices…) and coffee and good infusions. Rafa and Manu have very good communication and we definitely recommend it!!

Such a beautiful place. Ana is really nice and answers super quick. And the place is wonderful and quiet. Close to the sea. We recommend it.

The place was perfect for us. We are a family of five with three little girls and had just what we needed in terms of space and amenities. The location is really good for families because it has a huge park right in front that communicates with the rest of the landscaped and recreational areas that consists of Costa Ballena so its location is very pleasant. It is also a property located in a quiet development with remarkable features as it is an penthouse with two terraces, one of which is large. The rooms are spacious and the layout is very suitable. Communication with Marisa was extraordinary at all times, with clear and precise instructions from the beginning that made everything easier both upon arrival and departure. She is a dedicated host who projects seriousness and professionalism. We had a great few days and will repeat as soon as possible. Thank you Marisa for everything.

Very well located apartment in the center of the port, surrounded by endless bars and pubs, close to bus and taxi stops and is located in a quiet street. As for the apartment inside, very tidy and clean and very well equipped with all kinds of things, we will repeat.
