Pilar was efficient and friendly. The apartment was clean and well presented. I was pleased to see the kitchen had a kettle and toaster. There was also a steam iron with ironing board. The towels provided were large and fluffy and l appreciated the many wooden hangers in the wardrobe. The area is well served by shops and supermarkets all within walking distance. Walking to the centre of Jerez takes about 60 minutes. I enjoyed a relaxing stay and would return.

The stay was really nice, the apartment was really clean and you can tell that even the last detail was taken care of. The description exactly matched what we found.

The property was fantastic. Compact with everything you need. The private courtyard was a wonderful bonus. We had no trouble parking the car nearby & it was walking distance to wineries & some very good restaurants. Our only disappointment was that we were not staying longer. What a great place to stay in a beautiful town! We would not hesitate to come back & stay here again and I hope we get that opportunity.

Great apartment for your stay in Jerez. The apartment is new, it has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and it is very convenient to have parking in the same building if you are traveling by car. The host is very accessible and decisive. We will repeat it without hesitation on the next visit to Jerez.

The ideal apartment area, close to the beach and the exit to the road to visit the adjacent towns. With parking in the same building. We have been there in Santa week, the accommodation is according to the description given, Accommodation in perfect condition (we are not missing anything), very well located near bars and restaurant, and close to take the Ferris and Train. Practical parking (very necessary) in the same building, the entrance/access is narrow, likewise the squares are a bit narrow. My vehicle is large (Volkswagen Touran), I accessed and park without much problem. Almudena's attention was the correct one, with some clear directions we accessed the apartment without problems, the truth is that we did not need to communicate with her during the stay, since everything was 10, but we had her phone to consult anything. It was a pleasure to enjoy your home.

It was a fabulous stay in the accommodation, very close to the beach (river mouth) and also close to the center, walking to both places in about 5 minutes. The house is recently renovated and spotless. In the surroundings there are several restaurants but the most notable is a churro shop very close by for memorable breakfasts on the terrace. The host was always friendly and always available. A great stay to visit the area. We will definitely repeat.

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

The apartment was super suitable for us as a family! There were three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also the direct access to the garden was perfect! Everything was clean and communication with Antonio was great. A parking space was available. Unfortunately, the pool won't open until June, so we couldn't use it. But the access to the sea was perfect to reach in 5 minutes and the beach is fantastic and natural. An enchanting place to unwind and enjoy tranquility.

The stay was magnificent!! The house is beautiful , perfect to enjoy with the family and all amenities, there was nothing missing. Super spacious kitchen and perfect rooms. I visited my boyfriend in Rota back in Nov and occupied Jose listing for 12 days , our stay was great so we decided to stay here again 18 day this month January. Everything was the same. Great check in , good communication , and accommodated us in every way that they could. The place is spacious, clean and very secure. Love this location it has become my permanent stay when I visit Rota ❤️

Jose is a great host who is always helpful and available. The apartment is located very close to the beach (5 min) in a quiet holiday complex (in April). Supermarket & restaurant are a 15-20 minute walk.

The stay in the apartment was very successful. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped-we didn't miss anything while cooking. Very comfortable beds. We had a very positive impression on the whole – we'd love to come back!
