300 yards walk across the fields and over 2 stiles, from the car parking area, totally off-grid camping pod, with solar panel for lighting and USB phone charging, a composting loo and gas shower. Situated in a stunning bluebell wood, with breathtaking views of Cheviot, Simonside and the Coquet Valley. The Pod stands alone, with just the abundant wildlife to share the woods with. The pod is very basic with no heating, a 2-ring gas hob and small sink, and a fire pit area with fallen wood for fuel.

Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Ideal for walkers and cyclists, as well as those wanting to visit the many historic sites and country houses in Northumberland. Lee View is just a 10 minute drive from Rothbury with a Co Op and a variety of other shops. We are 25 minutes from Morpeth and Alnwick. Please note- there are no walkable pubs or shops.

Fully equipped kitchen with a combi-oven. Welcome pack with tea/coffee and a taste from our orchard or kitchen garden. Cot and high chair available. Dogs welcome, the garden is not fully fenced but you can walk from the cottage on a public right of way through woodland down to the River Coquet.

The Byre is a delightful upcycled 19th century listed cow byre on an old farm. The room looks out on to the farm courtyard. There is a large garden for visitors use, and dark skies above us. We are an eco friendly family, and the Byre comes with a private composting toilet in a separate wooden shed, and a water supply just outside.Think of it as cosy camping in a stone tent.

A very warm welcome to 'number eleven', a rather unique stay in one of the Addycombe Cottages. This is a Victorian Grade II* listed apartment in the town of Rothbury, overlooking the Coquetdale Valley. The space is peaceful, welcoming and relaxing. Perfect for a romantic escape or a family adventure. Dogs are considered part of the family and are very much welcome.
