Welcome to our holiday apartment "Hintermeier Hideaway" in the beautiful Chiemgau region! We are delighted that you would like to spend your vacation/business trip with us and are sure that you will experience a relaxing, unforgettable, and all-around wonderful time here – full of little moments of happiness. Our holiday apartment is located on the top floor and measures 145 square meters. It has two balconies facing west and east. Perfectly located and not far from Lake Chiemsee.

Beautiful studio apartment with balcony on the Danube

The apartment is in the center of town near the church. Restaurants and shops such as bakeries and butchers are within a 2-3 minute walk. The Danube cycle path is right at your doorstep, as is the bus stop. A swimming lake is about 10-12 minutes away by bike. The still free-flowing Danube/ Danube beach as well as the bird sanctuary is within a 5-10 minute walk for you to relax and enjoy. In and around Winzer you can make great walking and cycling trips.

Die 2-Zimmer-Appartements Typ 2 bestehen aus getrenntem Wohn-und Schlafraum. Die Küchenzeile ist von Wohn-und Schlafraum getrennt. Sie sind außerdem ausgestattet mit SAT-TV, Dusche/WC getrennt, kostenlosem W-LAN und Festnetztelefon. Im Wohnraum befindet sich eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch auf der 1-2 Kinder bequem übernachten können. Diese Appartements befinden sich zum einen auf der Südseite unseres Hauses und auf der Gartenseite mit Blick ins Grüne.

Ausruhen, Genießen ebenso wie Wandern, Schwimmen, Fahrradfahren oder Ausflüge machen - das alles und vieles mehr hat unser Gutshof als Ausgangsbasis zu bieten. Die Stadt Passau, das Westerndorf Pull-Mann-City, die Donau mit tollem Radweg und der bayrische Wald liegen ebenso nah wie unterschiedliche Gasthäuser für das leibliche Wohl. Von Mitte Mai bis Mitte September ist zusätzlich der hauseigene Pool nutzbar. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Modern room in a new single-family home

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.

Getaway in Chiemgau

Beautiful penthouse apartment on the third floor of a modern residential and commercial building, the Königshof III. Deep windows provide plenty of light. The modern rooftop terrace can be accessed from any room. Centrally located. Ideal also for businessmen who work in the Chemiepark Trostberg or also in Traunreut (Heidenhain, B/S/H, etc.). Burghausen is also just 20 minutes away.

Here you will find a beautiful, colorful vacation apartment in the studio style. All rooms are lovingly, colorfully but harmoniously designed. It is my heart's project in which I wanted to try something different in terms of design and I think I succeeded. I am happy if you go on a journey of discovery and feel comfortable with me.
