Our property is in the heart of the Vilstal valley and yet in a completely secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The holiday apartment has a separate entrance, is furnished in a modern style, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. The location is completely quiet, but our farm is active, and work is carried out here. We have many chickens, suckler cows and bees living with us, as well as our two Labrador girls, Caro and Maya, who roam around freely. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Quiet farm for up to 23 people for group vacations

At the GENSLEITEN riding stable, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for celebrations as a group, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or the like. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. Please indicate the exact number of people when booking or making an enquiry. Additional fees will be charged from the 17th person.

Tiny house in a secluded location between 2 ponds with boat

Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

1-room apartment with charm

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. With us at Hadermannhof you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature or you can participate in the hustle and bustle at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Prühmühle: Residential and event house on the water

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

Auf der Terrasse kannst du in unserem holzbefeuerten Hot Pot die Seele baumeln lassen.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The apartment of the building-biological architect's house has its own parking space, as well as a garden area with a wooden terrace. The spacious glazing creates the connection between inside and outside. To the north, the view from the kitchen to the Bavarian Forest is impressive. On the south side, the pallet lounge on the wooden terrace invites you to relax. The awning and the stylish planting provide shade in the summer.

Holidays with your dog – holiday home with its own garden

Cosy holiday home (67 m²) in the middle of Bavaria's nature with its own garden. Quiet location, only 200 m from the lake – with a dog beach and fishing opportunities (with a permit). Ideal for holidays by the lake and holidays with dogs. In winter, perfect conditions for winter holidays & ski holidays, winter sports areas such as Sankt Englmar (about 100 km) are easily accessible. Thermal baths and an airfield are nearby.
