We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. We have a bus stop right outside the front door. The bus is at the main train station in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be locked in the garage.

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

We rent out 2 nice, bright rooms for 1-5 people with shower and toilet, bed linen and towels, a lounge with fridge, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, pastry machine and a small cooking area. There is no sink. We wash the dishes every day. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and the bathroom can be locked. If needed, we rent out 2 e-bikes at a reasonable price for rides in our beautiful area.
