No wifi Cosy house, on the banks of the Seine river, in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine National Park. The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden). The Hirondelles studio offers the quietness of the countryside. 2 km from the “Seine-Eure by bike” circuit, this independent cottage offers a cozy and bright 26 m² studio for two people. The small quiet house at the end of the landscaped garden is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. This unique space is composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with toilet and a large patio with barbecue to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather.

15 minutes from the historic center of Rouen, by public transport (stop 50 m from the accommodation), or 10 minutes by car, the small house is located on a hill, facing a forest with trails arranged for pleasant walks. 5 minutes from the town center, you will find all the shops nearby.
