The Normandy coast is less than 1 hour 20 minutes away by the A13 towards Caen and A29 and Paris is 1 hour 20 minutes away. On weekends, there are markets within 10 km (Louviers, Pont de l'Arche...), with quality fresh products.

A haven of peace with 2 independent houses and 2 new studios overlooking a long enclosed garden that extends to the Seine, with access to the river (which remains public) and the possibility of swimming, boating and paddleboarding. Heated pool, ping pong and games in the garden, where you can enjoy your meals cooked on the plancha. A paradise for young and old! You can also spend convivial evenings around the fireplace and practice your piano.

The Hirondelles studio offers the quietness of the countryside. 2 km from the “Seine-Eure by bike” circuit, this independent cottage offers a cozy and bright 26 m² studio for two people. The small quiet house at the end of the landscaped garden is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. This unique space is composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with toilet and a large patio with barbecue to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather.

The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden). 15 minutes from the historic center of Rouen, by public transport (stop 50 m from the accommodation), or 10 minutes by car, the small house is located on a hill, facing a forest with trails arranged for pleasant walks. 5 minutes from the town center, you will find all the shops nearby. Area of 30 m² in a basement. Cocooning decor, a private terrace of 10 m², and a small patio connecting with the bedroom will enhance your stay. We accept small pets.
