The accomodation is located at "Centener", one of the exlcusive living areas of Rovinj. The house consits of a two rooms apartment situated on the first floor. The apartment has two double beds and an addtional single bedcouch. The living room is divided into living/sleeping area and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom constains shower and toilet. In front of the flat you can find a nice terrace which invites for relaxing in the sun or cooling down in the evening. Next two the house is a big garden with a huge stone dining table perfectly made for outdoor BBQs. BBQ equipment is also included. Next to: 5 min walk to two supermarkets, 15 min walk to the center of the city, 15 min walk to the beach, 5-10min walk to excellent restaurants. It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building. Has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double bed, Smart TV, Air conditioning and Internet. House is close to all amenities, restaurants, cafe bars and shops. One free parking space for my guests available 600 meters from apartment.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

Apartment Carducci

The Apartment Carducci is situated in the very center of Rovinj. The accomodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.

Golden sea

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in the heart of the old town. The studio is located on the 2nd floor and the staircase is typical of the old town core, keep in mind that it is steep and not recommended for people who have difficulty walking up stairs.
