It is located in the very quiet area of the Park 500 m from the beach, 400 m from the train station and 200 m from shops. Everything is done on foot. On the ground floor : master suite (with shower room and toilet) and a large living room with a modern and equipped open kitchen. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and toilet, 1 clearance with washing machine. A garden surrounds the house (with barbecue, furniture, deckchairs, etc.)
