Wonderful family-friendly house with sea views at Rungsted Harbor. The house is newly renovated with lots of art and beautiful colors. Here you wake up with a smile, when you study the quiet speed of the sailing ships through the Sound from the house's panoramic windows. After morning coffee on the quiet wooden terrace, the day starts with a dip in the sea from the bathing pier or tennis in the park. When the stroll along the water has settled in body and soul, enjoy the sunset with a cocktail on the view terrace while the grill is heated.

Ocean view in North Zealand

The apartment is located right on the water at Skodsborg beach right in front. The forest is just behind with lots of beautiful activities including Bøllemosen. This is a unique apartment, location with short distance to both Copenhagen (20 Min) by train or car. There are 200 meters to the train station as well as exciting activities and opportunities. There is also a large roof terrace with 180-degree views of the entire Øresund. We are currently looking for long-term bookings with rentals on a monthly basis from August 2025.

Cozy villa in perfect location. With beach and forest only 50 meters from the front door and 5 min walk to the train connecting both Copenhagen and Helsingør, you can't get a better location. Restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. are a few hundred meters from the house, so everything can be done on foot. If you are into homely coziness, you can light up the fireplace or sit on the covered terrace and enjoy the view of the harbor and the water. If you want an active holiday, you can use the training facilities at the harbor.

The wooden villa was built in 2001 and designed by the Danish architect Peter Hammer. It is built on one level with direct exit to large terrace located down to private lake. The villa is listed in sustainable materials, including untreated cedar. The large common room makes the home ideal for the family who loves to be together around cooking, dining, games and coziness. 3-4 rooms and an annex allow for privacy. A few minutes to forest, lake and shopping as well as train and bus to Copenhagen and North Zealand.

Explore the sights of Copenhagen and retreat to our villa by the lake, when you need to relax or focus. Dive into nature and enjoy the peace, birds singing, beautiful surroundings, and wildlife. You might also go for a dip in the lake from your very own private pier. 2 km to shopping, 800 m to bus and 4 km to S-train station

Log House with stunning views

Charming and unique log house in beautiful Northern Sealand with stunning views from the house. Right by the Lake and forests. But also close to Hørsholm city, with cultural life, shopping and great restaurants. 20 min by car to Louisiana museum and 25 min to Copenhagen. Good access from bus and train. Wake up to the animals from the forrest passing by and take a walk by the lake :) Nb! Cat living in the house when not visitors. Chickens in the garden providing organic egg’s for your breakfast!

Spacious 4 bedroom villa with 2,5 baths with beautiful lake view in a very quiet neighborhood. You'll be able to enjoy a lot of activities very close to the house: walks in the protected green area "Vaserne", swimming or kayaking in the lake (kayaks provided at private pier 2 minutes walk from the house - no direct access to the lake from the garden) If you want to visit Copenhagen, it's only 25 minutes drive away. Please note that our cat, Rosie, will be staying in the house during your stay.

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Idyll on the lake near Copenhagen

Close to Copenhagen, near train station (25 minuts to central station), you can enjoy idyllic nature. There is direct access to Lake Birkerød, where you can take a trip in a cycle boat or enjoy the view from one of the two terraces. If it rains, you can relax with a book on the sofa or enjoy a good movie on Netflix. The house contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. Perfect for family or friends on a trip who appreciate a good view and quiet surroundings. No animals, thanks.

The house has two bathrooms and a guest toilet. It is a five-minute Drive to Farum Bytorv with many shops. Copenhagen city center is about 20 minutes by car
