In summer, you start hikes and bike tours for all ages and levels of difficulty directly from the house. From the balcony you enjoy breathtaking views of the Surselva valley and surrounding mountain peaks

Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

Room is available for five people. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, a small bathroom and a small kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available. There are two restaurants nearby and the train station is about 600 meters from the property.
