Cute little 1-room apartment

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

The Alpenresidenz house is located in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location overlooking the impressive mountain panorama of the Bavarian Alps and is still only a few minutes' walk from the town center. The terraces of the two apartments on the garden level and the very large balcony of the attic apartment invite you to relax and unwind. The cozy apartments are lovingly furnished in the Bavarian-modern country house style. Our guests receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge!

The apartment is ideal for couples, families with one child, or solo travelers seeking a special getaway.

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Almhütte "Almbrünnerl" on the Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding The cozy alpine hut "Almbrünnerl" at 1000 m altitude, right on the edge of the forest in the middle of the hiking area of Unternberg, offers everything for a relaxing stay on 30 m². It has a kitchen, living room and bedroom with double bed (180x200), TV, Wi-Fi, a night storage oven and shower/toilet. You can enjoy the covered terrace with corner bench and large table. The cabin is accessible by car by car.

Welcome to our holiday apartment in Vorauf! The approx. 42 square meter apartment in a quiet yet central location has its own entrance, living room with sofa bed, dining area, separate sleeping area, kitchenette, shower/toilet and large balcony with views of the countryside and mountains. You will surely feel comfortable from the first moment. Free parking right by the house is available. (Please bring your own bed linens and toilet linens)

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful countryside. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views. My place is great for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Distances: 20 min Chiemsee, 25 min Bad Reichenhall, Traunstein, 35 min Salzburg, skiing area Reit im Winkl/Steinplatte, 45 min Berchtesgaden, Koenigsee, skiing area Lofer.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Old Town studio in Hallein

Our studio apartment is located on the second floor of an old town house at the beginning of the Hallein pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

Apartment No. 3 "am Taubensee" - Vacation with dog

The apartment building "am Taubensee", consisting of several apartments, is quietly located on a lake and at the foot of the Rauschberg, the local mountain of Ruhpolding. We welcome dogs, they stay with us for free. If you are looking for peace in nature, we are going to the right place. We also offer a morning bread roll service at peak times.
